A filmmaker forges an unusual friendship with an octopus living in a South African kelp forest, learning as the animal shares the mysteries of her world.

African photographer Craig Foster spent a year developing a relationship with a wild common octopus, following the octopus for most of her life. If you want to let go of the worries of this world and be inspired by the intimate connection possible with the living beings around us, this film is for you.
